As a 75 year old woman, I'm cautious about using anything. I don't take any prescription drugs and am in good shape — except for the mature woman's belly and a few extra pounds. I bought this in mid December from total frustration at everything I tried to lose the belly and pounds. It's early February and I'm delighted that I've lost 10 pounds! My belly is shrinking and I am excited about losing more weight and belly. NOTHING I tried helped to get rid of a single pound, until I tried this. I enjoyed it,it gave me energy to move around to be able to get things done,that I normally would say I am to tired to do. like a burst of energy over come you . I felt younger as well doing things I had not been able to do ina long while. i actually felt pretty good.

One star would be more like it. I've been on this for over a month. I actually stopped taking the 4 yellow capsules at night because at first they seemed to work at first but stopped working effectively. the weight management pills DO NOT work at all. Very disappointed. I know that everyone is different. I'll continue taking this regardless of how disappointed I am cuz they're expensive. I have hypothyroidism and that does not help. But I was so hoping for a good outcome.
