I have been taking this product for 2 weeks. Over the last 2-3 days, my feet have become increasingly swollen. I was concerned so I have made an appointment with my primary. Tonight, I just randomly thought about what has changed for me in my lifestyle, which took me to looking more thoroughly into SeroVital. Guess what? One of the side effects is swollen feet and hands. With further research, I discovered that the high doses of amino acids in SeroVital can also have a protentional for more serious side effects such as liver damage. Also, the main ingredient L-arginine has been linked to stomach pain, bloating and diarrhea. I am very sorry that I did not do a more thorough research on this product before purchasing it and more importantly using it!

66 yr old woman. Been using high regular for five yrs and it has helped my fatigue level. Love the beaded cleanser as makes my skin feel smooth and tight. The triglyceride has a melony fresh smell and have been using about a yr on deep wrinkle. Wrinkle is smoother and less noticable. Would love to try a neck tightening product if you come out with one that actually tights the skin even temporarily so sagging is less noticable.

Ok so I started taking the pills on Friday, by Tues, I was having the worse hot flash ever, blood pressure drop dangerously low, and I was having mood swings. I was not doing good with these pills, it was awful, on top of that, I felt alittle confused. I was about to go to the doctors and realize it was the serovital that I had took, serious side effects!!!

Only been using a month, but I can tell a difference in my skin looking more youthful. Fewer fine lines and firmer in general. I have not experienced any weight loss or an increase in energy or lean muscle mass. I have had no negative side effects.

I haven't noticed any improvements in energy, skin or weight loss. Following instructions. I've been taking for about 8 weeks. I will continue for a few more months and then decide if I wills stay on the program. I know it takes a while so I'm not giving up yet.
