Very positive results from adding this into my daily routine. My body feels stronger. The best effects are in my brain. I am more positive. As a Registered Nurse who is working. I need all of my intellectual skills, as well as all of my physical capacities to do patient care for today's much sicker hospital patients. I went back to patient care from Management during Covid 19.

I'm only giving a 3 star because I don't think I've taken it long enough to know yet if it delivers as promoted. What I can say is that I have been sleeping better since I began taking. I also notice that I'm not getting hungry so much between meals and my energy level is stable. I will try to update my review in a couple months when I've been taking it longer.

I can’t tell if this product works as advertised. I have always been told I look younger than I am, but I am starting to feel old and I don’t like it. Can’t tell if this is working but it doesn’t seem to have any negative side effects. Rather expensive but it’s not easy to replicate the formula with other supplements, so I’ll keep doing it for now.
