Day one of drinking the sickening-sweet product, I took a headache. I was drinking the mix at night and had a headache each night. I started taking it in the morning instead, with much worse results. I'm pretty sure the headaches are related to the alternative sugars in the product, but I am not certain. I just couldn't take the product, so the company allowed me to return it.

Many people say I don't look like I am 85, they say they would guess my age at about 60 or 65. I play "Pickleball" regularly and I myself don't feel or look like a average 85 year old. My skin is smooth and not wrinkled like a person my age.

It mixes very easily with my Morning water and tastes very good. Since I’ve been on SeroVital products for years I cannot say much about this particular product. I really enjoy taking this wonderful powder and the ease of using it is so simple. I like the taste and take this 2 hours after my last meal and then go to bed. This also has curbed my late night snacking. I have had no side effects or problems ingesting this product.

I really love this product. I have been using this for about a month and a half. One thing I have noticed is that I feel more radiant and have more energy throughout my day. It makes your skin glow a more youthful look. As with everything else, I do exercise and so should you. Any bad habit will ruin you no matter what medication you take or treatment. It's from within that counts.
