I package all my vitamins for the day in the a. m. a small baggie in the p. m. a small baggie. Everything I need for the day and then one small package for the evening prior to bed. Something wasn't right. , I was tired I was lazy. I was not losing weight and then I remember I had canceled the hair supplement because I had cut my hair really short and I think they thought the team I was canceling the hair serum and the third month of vitamins. They canceled my third month of vitamin I'm back to normal now. I starting to feel better, but I certainly did feel the difference won't do that again.
