My clothes have been fitting better and I don't know what else to attribute it to. Since I've been taking less than a month, I really can't comment on other benefits yet. I was skeptical about supplements claiming that you will sleep better but Serovital really does make me sleep better. I went off of it for awhile and was wondering why I was not sleeping as well and it dawned on me that it was because I was not taking the serovital. I am 65 years old and my sleep was not so good.
