I had taken the pills for three months before switching to the powder. The pills turned my urine a very bright yellow and the powder gives me heartburn, those being the only changes I noticed.

I don’t normally write many reviews on items. That is, unless it is EXTREMELY good …or bad! In this case this stuff tastes HORRIBLE! I’m not a great pill taker, so through the years I have alternatively turned to many liquid forms of vitamins and supplements. I am willing to endure bad tastes to get the nutrients! With this though, I couldn’t do it! I tried for 3 days with different amounts of water to see if that would change the taste enough to tolerate it!! NOPE!! It tastes like fruit flavored salt & baking soda! As far as it working and doing what it’s intended to do, I have no knowledge.

Well been Tyson this about 6 weeks, im going through an immense amount of stress since july, wont get into it, nevertheless, the wrinkles around my eyes, im 53, are at least 70 % gone. My hair 2 feet ling does have many gray, though my beard does, im male, its been half get for at least 15 years haven't really paid much attention to it per say. Anyway i feel younger and looked younger by a lot. We spend so much money on things that don't really make a noticeable difference in our lives, for me serovital makes a big difference in the way I look and feel.

I will be 70 in a few months and I love the product. I have recommended it to several people. I have much more energy than I did before and my thinking is clearer. I live a very full and busy life and though I take other supplements I know that this is affecting my health. Part of the reason I know is because I ran out and was without it for around 5 days and could feel the difference.

Both my skin and my hair improved noticeably, but this stuff gives me a lot of gut problems. I will probably stop taking it because the abdominal bloating and pain is so severe as to negate the benefits. I take it as instructed, and then spend the night tossing and turning in pain and discomfort, and rise the next morning feeling exhausted and uncomfortable.

Use to take this to help me prep for pole sport/dance stage performances. Now that I'm working as a full-time janitor, I'm hoping this product will help me recover faster from the very physical jobs i need to do. So far my sleep has been a little better. I really enjoy taking this wonderful powder and the ease of using it is so simple. I like the taste and take this 2 hours after my last meal and then go to bed. This also has curbed my late night snacking. I have had no side effects or problems ingesting this product.
