I find that when I go back on it again feel so much better. I like the benefits that it gives my 53-year-old skin as well as the energy that my body enjoys.

I have used serovital before and I like what the product offers. I would like to use it on a continual basis for at least 3 or more months to see the lasting results. This product is the best anti-aging supplement that any woman can take. I was taking it every single day and because of my financial situation I had to stop. I haven't noticed any improvements in energy, skin or weight loss. Following instructions. I've been taking for about 8 weeks. I will continue for a few more months and then decide if I wills stay on the program. I know it takes a while so I'm not giving up yet.

I'm only giving a 3 star because I don't think I've taken it long enough to know yet if it delivers as promoted. What I can say is that I have been sleeping better since I began taking.
