I gagged on the taste the first time I drank it. It too much of everything: bitter, while sickening sweet, flavor, texture. Who picked fruit punch anyway. Did you think that everyone likes this? It was awful!!!

It's only been about a week, so I cannot give a useful assessment of the product. However, I do seem to sleep better and have been able to ditch the melatonin.

I love seroVital. However I do not like the taste of the fruit punch. It reminds me of baby aspirin. Next time I will go back to the capsules. My skin is much improved

I have been using SeroVital for 2 or 3 weeks and have noticed that my skin looks great, my workouts have shown more results and I certainly don't get snacks. My energy levels have not really changed but definitely have noticed positive impact.
