I wear a Fitbit that tracks my sleep and my sleep score greatly improved and it’s been consistent. Since I have not made any other changes I know that it’s definitely because of serovital. I can’t wait to see the long term results.

I am taking it every day in AM and since I don't eat breakfast anyways, it's not a problem to maintain 2 hrs window of not consuming anything after the intake of the supplement. That alone is enough to keep me taking SeroVital, but I also have great skin, and hair for my age. I believe it is mainly due to SeroVital. However, a word of advice, follow the directions, do not cheat.
