[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed to find that you have to take it 2 hours after eating or drinking anything but water and then nothing but water for 2 more hours. 4-hour period with nothing but water during my awake hours is slim to none. I cannot drink anything after 8:00 p.m and I have to eat breakfast. Due to this, I haven't been able to take the product yet. I wouldn't have bought it if I would have known this requirement. I am going to try to come up with a schedule so I can fit in to my life, so it doesn't go to waste.
