I didn’t notice a big difference in my energy levels but it did seem to maintain my weight. I am trying the advanced now. Hopefully I will get even better results with this one.

Got my 3 month Order of SeroVital 15 on June 2nd, 2020, age 60 looking for help on daily energy, was very hard at first to try to swallow 4 pills at one setting, read all the reviews on others of when to take. An older lady shared that 3 am best, was very curious of why that time frame. I don't feel the guidelines on best time of consumption is clear enough! My first week I experienced chills in the early morning around 4 am, did not know if it was chills or a body rush of overwhelming energy? For the next three weeks I try different times of taking it, I even try 2 pills after 2 hours of eating each meal. Right now on my 4th week I have concluded in taking it 2 hours after my dinner. I take all 4 pills, still hard sometimes to get them down, it feels like by the 3rd pill that it is stuck in my throat. I keep drinking the water to get them all taken and make sure to sit up for awhile before bedtime. I walk at 6 am, I swim at 10 am, sometimes in between at 8 am I take a small bike ride. At first it felt like something changing in my body but now on my second start of month two, I feel I have reached my final impact but I will do one more month and when I go back to work in this COVID19, maybe then under work demands I will know true positive impact of this product to help my body and health. I almost forgot to share that it really does increase a solid sleep but along with an active dreaming world in that deep sleep!

I finally did it. I decided to try this product.. What did I have to loose. After there weeks I was having more energy, I was staying up till 3 am and able to wake up at 8 am, and wide awake and not tired or groggy. I no longer have the need to take a nap in the afternoon. Have gone through five surgeries in past five years. I'm feeling so awake. Can't wait to see what the next month will do for me.
