I thought that after a year i will be a firm believer in this product, but unfortunately i cannot recommend. I followed instruction on how to take these - on a empty stomach and wait for 2 hours before and after to eat. I am taking these the first thing in the morning, but was wondering if taken before night might be more beneficial. This product notes several benefits. Such as increased energy, decreased body fat, deeper more restorative sleep. I have not noticed any of these benefits. I feel i should be seeing or feeling some results by now. Year is a long enough time to see if something is working or not. I always had several opened capsules in each box. These were individually warped so instead of taken 4 pills i took 3. These are not cheap so that was a little upsetting. Bottom line is that i spent hundreds of dollars and not experienced any of the benefits.
