I have a job that (precovid) required a lot of traveling. Serovital taken daily as directed on an empty stomach quite frankly kept me healthy. A side benefit was the ability to withstand jet lag. I am excited to try the advanced product, but I won't be without this!!!

I have been taking Serovital for more than 5 months now and the effects are bad. I feel tired without energy and in a bad mood. My joints in my arms and feet hurt. I can't sleep and my stomach hurts. I am 57 years old and have not seen any improvement in my facial lines. I am very disappointed I just wasted my money Serovital doesn't work.

Next time I take it, I would add it into my routine when my workouts and eating is more regulated to see if I see an increase in energy or benefits.

Have taken this for 5 years and my skin seems good. I have always had thick hair, so I can't comment there. My nails are better and no weight loss, which is good because I need to retain weight. I take the capsules early in the am before I go for a 6 mile walk. If I take them at night they almost feel like they won't go down well.
