I noticed deeper sleep and a great improvement in my energy levels, specifically in the mornings! I don’t believe I used it long enough to show skin improvements; however, I believe there could be a potential for it.

I am on auto shipment so a box comes every month. I take it every night before bed. The biggest things I have noticed- my hair looks amazing. My hair dresser has noticed the change. My skin looks better too. Fewer fine line wrinkles and finer pores. I have not lost a lot of weight but I do feel more energetic.
