NOTHING has helped with my awful sleep issues, caused most likely due to menopause. I sleep most nights now and if I don't I feel much more energetic the next day then I ever had. I take moring meds and night meds so i choose to take serovital when i wake up to pee at night , this insures tye 2hr before and after window is followed, however i find 4 pills in this type of capsule very difficult to take at one time but i manage ... it is not something i look forward to taking but the results are someting i look forward too.
