I’ve been using the product for about 30 days. It does seem to help. The hardest part is finding a time to take it between meals and other vitamins.

I experienced loose stool first week but that has improved. I have a hard time waiting 2 hours after taking meds to eat or drink, ended up setting my alarm 2 hours early so I can take supplement then go back to sleep.
