I thought it would be hard to swallow -- but it goes down easily! The best thing is that I already think I'm seeing results after 4 weeks (the box contains 45 day supply). Now... I'm not getting "up close and personal" with a magnifying mirror (because I've never met a person who does that other than someone I've PAID to look at me so critically), but my morning reflection looks fresher already. I'm 65, so that's saying something! My only reservation is that I think this product is expensive. However, I'm looking forward to see what more happens after the next 2 weeks. Most think I am at least 10 if not 15 years younger. The most notable areas I have experienced benefit in are my hair (fullness) and waistline (trim).
