I took a picture of myself for record and kind of forgot about it. I started taking SeroVitaland about 8 months ago as part of my daily routine. For the last couple of months I took notice of a few friends telling me that I was looking good in casual conversation. I also was noticing a difference in the mirror but took it with a grain of salt. Last week I pulled out that picture from when I begin taking SeroVital and all made sense. I take moring meds and night meds so i choose to take serovital when i wake up to pee at night , this insures tye 2hr before and after window is followed, however i find 4 pills in this type of capsule very difficult to take at one time but i manage ... it is not something i look forward to taking but the results are someting i look forward too.

I want to try the Advanced Sero Vital as my next option. While the others help with my overall health and sleep issues, I am hopeful to see if this newer product also does more wonders for my skin and wrinkles. Either way I wouldn't be home without it (at least one of these products). They are THE BEST!
