On my 73 birthday this month, I skied to the top of Homestake Peak in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, at 13,209 feet with minus 20 temperatures and 40 knot winds. If you think that's easy for a 73 year old, think again. It takes muscle, guts and true grit to summit a mountain that high in January. Not only does my body feel great, SeroVital gives me the guts to conquer mountains. I'm also bicycling across America this summer. And, it's true, most people think I look like I'm in my late 50's.
