[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These waffles taste very good. The vanilla flavor is very subtle. I am a bariatric patient and I love that these have added protien. It can be a challenge to get my protien in. I can feel better about eating these. The texture and taste were similar to the Eggos we all grew up with. Pairs well with maple syrup and butter of course! Yum! A nice little breakfast treat! I also enjoy that these didn’t have a protein taste that can sometimes happen with products that have added protein.

I bought these as way to try and up my daily protein intake. I'm not a big meat eater and finding ways to incorporate protein is difficult. I have tried, protein powders, candy bars, cookies, cakes, chips, etc. All of these have the "vitamin" taste. These waffles have been great. I bought them with skepticism, I just knew that they would have that "vitamin" test, but they did not. They taste like a regular waffle and I was pleasantly surprised.

A little thinner than you usual waffles, but the taste was on point. I did give this 4 stars, as when I see a product that is high in protein, I assume it’s a healthier option. This product is still very high in carbs if you are someone trying to watch what you eat.

Regular waffles contain barely any protein so I stopped getting them. I'm a breakfast girl through and through, so as soon as I saw a protein version of eggo waffles I knew I needed them! I honestly feel like these taste better than the non protein version. Really great with some peanut and marshmallow fluff!!

The vanilla flavor worried me because I'm not a fan of the taste of protein shakes, but I was pleasantly surprised not to find any weird aftertaste. Love the price point as well, as other protein waffles are way too expensive for most families. Great job, Eggo!!!

It’s light and airy put it in your toaster and there you go. I eat mine have breakfast or if I want like a snack in the middle of the night I go for the protein waffles

I really like that they don’t scream with protein flavor or texture, they are soft, crisp and airy just like the original, minus they are a little on the thin side. Great freezer find that’s quick, familiar, and added protein. Would I buy again? Yes! Would I make two the next round? Also yes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eggo buttermilk vanilla protein waffles were pretty tasty. The flavor was decent, very similar to regular Eggo buttermilk waffles. I didn’t detect much vanilla flavor. The texture was also pretty similar to the non protein variety, though I didn’t detect much find it a bit dry. Not like cardboard or anything, just drier than normal. Topping with some yogurt or syrup would combat that. All in all I was pleased and would purchase again. I like the protein boost for a good start to the kid’s day.
