Easy set up, just click the handle in, fill the water tank and soap dispenser..5 minutes from unpacking the machine to cleaning your carpet or rugs. Cleaning the machine is easy. I have a bad back but was able to use the machine without problem. I was amazed how much pet hair it lifted from my rugs despite the fact I vacuumed 3-4 times before cleaning. I used the "dry only" feature to lift all the water from the rugs and they dried quickly. Very happy with this machine.

I am shocked how much dirty it gets out. It's dries more than any other cleaners. I still had to use a fan for an hour. But it looks amazing. The carpet looks refreshed and renewed. I used it on everything from area rugs to thick carpets. We have dogs too. Pulled out lots of hair from the carpet too. Smells fresh. Used pet cleaner. Light weight and easy to use/clean out. Shipped quickly.

I was impressed when I saw it featured on TV, and even more when I bought and used it for the first time. I've rented commercial cleaners before, but none could compare to what this Hoover machine can do. I was highly satisfied with the ease of using this machine, and the results received. AWESOME!

I am so impressed with how easy it is to operate and how well it cleaned my carpet which sees a lot of dirt on a daily basis.I clean it often but have not used a cleaner that is this awesome. Afterwards cleaning the machine up to store was a breeze, taking the brushes out to rinse off, was so slick! I purchased this as I have as older pet with bladder issues. What a great purchase! This machine is easy to operate, fully automatic and easy to clean. No mixing or trying to control the flow of the cleaning product and water. Everything comes apart easily for cleaning and re-assembly.

I recently purchased the new smartwatch from Hoover, I had some early versions of this steam cleaner in the mid-90s. I am thrilled to report that this was such a great purchase and cleaning experience! Virtually hands-free, I love not having to pull the trigger!! My carpets look amazing and smell amazing. It's made cleaning carpets at home a breeze!

Definitely don't regret purchasing this product but it doesn't get the job done in one session as in one day of cleaning a room. My carpet smelled cleaned after one session (had to refill water and dumped dirty water twice during this 1 session) but then after 4 days the bad smell came back. I need to maybe do 2 more sessions and see if the smell can be lifted from my carpet. I'm a renter and don't know how old these rugs are so I want to be fair on reviewing this product. It was easy to use and refill and lightweight , you do have to take your time with passes to let the vacuum pick up the dirty water etc. And i did see a dramatic changed of cleanliness after one session. I do have a cat who has sprayed the carpet multiple times before I got him neutered which caused the bad smell.

My cat had spilled a cup of coffee on my light beige run. It was 4 days til I found and ordered this shampooer. When it came it was so easy to assemble and use. Best of all it worked like a dream. My rug is back to the original color! I love this machine.

It happens... there's that occasional pet accident. I used to worry about getting the stain or odor out. I decided to try this rug scrubber out. Glad I did! Removed the stain and equally as important I believe the odor is gone because none of the pets are sniffing around where it was. Winner! Bonus: it's easy to use!
