My sister came over about three weeks ago and did my carpets with the Hoover carpet cleaner and was I surprised how much dirt it picked up and the drying feature was another plus. I didn't think my carpets were that dirty. Well, the next day I got on line and ordered mine. I am very happy with it.

I have used several different brands of carpet cleaners but I think this one has to be my favorite. The about wore out on our previous one and broke, so they sent us a brand new unit free of charge since the one with the broken belt still worked, but the belt was the only thing wrong with it. I like the maneuverability of this unit and the ease of use. It isn't very heavy as well as other ones I have tried. It does a really great job of cleaning very thoroughly and is easy to empty and refill. I love this product!!

This product has exceeded my expectations, makes cleaning carpets and rugs a breeze. I had a problem with my solution tank and had trouble finding one, wrote to Hoover and they sent me a replacement tank. That is what customer service is all about. Sold on Hoover, and you should be as well.

I recently purchased my 4th Hoover product because I have never had a problem with them over the years. I instantly fell in love with my SmartWash. It was an extreme upgrade from my old Hoover carpet cleaner. About 3 months after I bought it the belt broke. I had no clue as to where my receipt was so I just knew I was screwed. I searched the internet and could not find one company who sold the belt. I ran across a blog and found someone with the same issue. They were informed to contact Hoover. I used the address that was posted on the blog and email this person at Hoover. Within 24 hours I was contacted. He never mentioned a receipt. He asked for my address and phone number and said he'd have a replacement on the way. He was not referring to a replacement belt. He was sending me a whole new unit. I was very skeptical until one showed up on my front porch about 5 days later. I was speechless! Hoover stands behind their product. If I ever need another vacuum or carpet cleaner it'll be nothing but a Hoover!

After many years, my old machine suddenly broke and wasn't worth repairing. I quickly ordered this one and am very satisfied so far. It does not have as many features as my old one, and I miss a few of them (spot remover), but it's lighter- thank goodness! And it's much easier to clean. We have two large dogs, so the machine is quickly covered in dog hair.

I was in need of a new Carpet Cleaner, since my other Hoover was on it's last legs, and I had seen the TV commercial and figured that this one would be a good replacement. This one was also the same price as I paid for the other one I had purchased probably close to 15 years ago. This one is a bargain and works great. I have a newer home with mostly wood floors, but large area rugs, which I was able to clean and they were dry much more quickly than the previous model would leave them. I would recommend this product. t did a nice job.

I bought this unit several months ago, I had problems with the on/off switch and called customer service, they sent me several ideas to try none worked, they then sent a pickup slip along with a new unit. This really is the best cleaning machine I've ever used! The dual brushes are belt driven and work flawlessly, the auto clean/dry makes it easy to use, the quality is great. The Smartwash cleaned a stain our old unit wouldn't, we put a rug over it two years ago to hide it, thought what would it hurt to try and wow! Can't tell where it was anymore. I would highly recommended this product to anyone and Hoover products, I have used Hoover sweeper and cleaning machines for over 30 years and have always been satisfied

We have had this unit for several weeks and have used it on the carpet in our excersize area. The unit is very easy to use and uses much less water than our old Bissell machine yet seemed to clean even better. The carpet dried in less than 12 hours, we were very pleased..... Thanks

I previously owned another carpet cleaner, probably 5 years ago, but had not used it mainly because it was not convenient to use. So, when I saw this Hoover model advertised, I was very impressed with the compact and easy to use design. Next this you know, I was ordering one!

Just received 2 days ago. I've used it 3 times. It's so easy to use, easier than my vacuum cleaner and picked up sooo much pet hair even after I vacuumed first.Very light and easy to use and that's important since Im 73. Also very easy to clean after using. Can't believe it picked up so much dirt after having my carpet proffesionaly cleaned a couple weeks ago. I love it.
