DISSAPOINTED

I NEED A BELT FOR SMART WASH BUT THERE IS NONE TO BE HAD WHERE DO I FIND ONE?? IF CANT FIND ONE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE IT IS NO GOOD WITHOUT A BELT

Wash Feature

Brought this and it worked great the first and second time. Now I'm trying to use it and the wash feature doesn't work , read the manual and made sure the link container was clean and nothing . So 1 star for this product, what a waste of money

I've had so many problems with my machine.

I've replaced the front cover with the one they sent me,wouldn't not fit brought 2 they didn't fit.so i'm still up the creek with dirty carpets. I liked it because I have cancer and it is light weight,Now ihave dirt every where on the floor.

I've already recommended this carpet cleaner to friends

On first use, this Hoover Carpet Cleaner made my caroet look new. I was shocked. When finished cleaning carpet I followed the manual and was able to clean out the carpet cleaner completely in 10 minutes.

VERY UPSETTING

I have had this for some time now always worked great. Today I plugged it in and it doesn't spit out the water at all it's just dry. I ALWAYS RECOMMENED THIS PRODUCT TO EVERYONE LOOKING. I WOULDNT WASTE THE MONEY

Worked great until it didn't work.

Unfortunately after only using the shampooer less than 10 times, the spin brushes have stopped worked and it's making an awful loud noise.

Great floor cleaner

Great job cleaning my carpet. Light weight, easy to maneuver and clean. I love it. Nothing bad to say about this machine.

Broke after a year

I got this steamer due to reviews a year ago. I used it just 3 times and it stopped working. It start to smell like burning and overheats.
