I love the washer as it does a great job of cleaning the carpets and am amazed at the stuff that our other cleaner left behind. However it is leaking water all over the place and am disappointed with the quality.

This floor cleaner is super easy to use! It really cleans well too, I'm always surprised by how dirty my rugs actually are when I see the water in the tank! The company has been great to work with too! Very nice and helpful customer service.

I love it. Being able to use it at my own time when there is spills in my room. I am able to do a room very quick and the carpet dries out within a few hours.

I had a smartwash for 6months and the engine blew up, I called customer service and without hesitation sent me a new one. they sent me on that happens to be my favorite color! I waited about 2 weeks and it has arrived, very pleased!!!

Reading over some of the comments, noticed someone had the same issue as me. Which was water pouring out & not sucking back up in carpet cleaner. Floor soaked

I've had a lot of brand name shampooers and for the price of this one which was way less then the others i've had I can say this is the best. Easy smooth and though it looks heavy it isn't when you use it it glides on the floor.

This carpet cleaner is absolutely awesome doing the job!! But it could not hold up to long usage. I wanted something that was small, light, and worked great. It is all that!! I just needs to sturdier. Still looking

This is easy to use. I love the satisfaction of seeing it work. Easy to clean. Light enough for anyone really to use. I’m so happy with it!! Mom of 2 boys and a puppy with an acre of dirt and fun lol

The Hoover smart wash cleaner works great on low to medium pile carpet. It?s easy to assemble. I really like the extra dry feature. The attachments come in their own carry bag. I have an use the attachments yet.

We used this thing one time after I brought it and it stop dispensing water. Its out of warranty. Never again. No one can figure out what is wrong with it.
