I'm impressed! Super easy to use, you move the machine forward to wash and backwards to dry and there is no need to measure anything. 2 seperate tanks, 1 for water and 1 for the cleaning solution. Dries quickly!

My only complaint is there is no handle for easy moving around up and down stairs. But easy to fill and easy to use, easy access to clean very strong. I have removed years old stains from my carpets.

I am ready to clean carpet - poured water in water tank and it LEAKS!! I don't want another one as a replacement, I want my hard saved money refunded. I read what others experienced and no thanks. I'm now no longer a customer.

Absolutely love this machine. I wish I had of bought it sooner it works great and it's easy to clean after use. Good investment would definitely recommend.

solution leaks into main compartment. this is the second carpet cleaner (of the same SKU) we experienced this with. The first one was returned via warranty. Hardly used it (maybe 5 times).

I've cleaned my truck seats, Vacation rental carpets and my carpets in my home. My opinion is that this machine does a better job than the professional carpet cleaning companies and leaves the carpets dryer. It has more than paid for itself already

This machine does a good job. I like the "Dry Only" setting. The machine almost is ENTIRELY made of plastic so you have to handle everything gently else you'll snap a clip or other piece.

Loving this new carpet cleaner. Works great. It's much better than the bissel pro I purchased last week and returned it to buy this one. It even has a dry only feature. Super simple

It works great. I used it for 4 straight hours cleaning the entire house. Kept it clean between tanks. Works better than the Hoover I had. I love the double spin brush feature. It works better then the ones I’ve rented. I just hope it holds up.
