This machine works amazingly well! I was skeptical as many carpet cleaners make promises they dont live up to but not the case here! The carpet was almost completely dry after an hour and looks just as good as the day i moved in! My only complaint is this is a big full sized machine. I literally got a small callus after our master bedroom. It was totally wirth the results especially at this price! I can’t wait to do the other rooms! My favorite feature is almost everything comes apart to be cleaned. So no more clogs over time and loss of suction.

I LOVE this shampooer. It's easy to put together and easy to push. There is nothing complicated about this machine. The carpet looks great! I love the extra drying feature that pulls more water out of the carpet. Instead of taking a few days to be dry, I think it will only take a few hours. I would recommend that you take the brushes out and clean under the plastic plate that covers them. I have never cleaned them on my old shampooers, but it is really dirty and gross. Cleans up easy and easy to put back together. I am almost 70 years old and this has been the best shampooer I have owned. My flooring has heavy pet traffic and this made it easy!

I have owned 4, yes 4, carpet cleaners in the last two years. None have the performance of this Hoover. I am completely converted to this machine and even tempted to buy a spare in case it stops being produced. First of all adding cleaning and solution could literally not be simpler. The bucket holds a ton of water. No trigger to keep track of pressing or not ...this machine keeps track of all of it for you! No buttons to push and nothing to measure. This thing is so fool proof I'd trust my husband with it lol. I love that it mixes the cleaner for me! No guessing and no dripping mix all over the counter. Plus its easier to use than my vacuum

This is amazing and extremely easy to use! Suction is amazing and not having to trigger the water or cleaning agent makes it extremely easy to use. To guess work. You do have to keep it going forward for it to wash. I'd you go too slow it confuses it and starts drying. Once you get the rythmn of how fast/slow you need to go then it becomes easier so just be patient and figure out the speed that works for you.

I loved everything about this carpet cleaner. It is so easy to set up and works great. I was a little slow getting organized with how I was going to clean the carpet but after a few back and forth motions I got the hang of it. I do find it awkward in tight spaces but you can maneuver it around. I had some stains from mud and from my puppy urinating on the carpet and us not knowing and both stains came right out. Not only did my carpets look amazing but they felt amazing and smelled amazing.

Overall good and easy product to use. Noticed a little rust forming around where roller bearings connect. Not sure if this is normal, lubed with (HT) grease. Will see if this corrects the problem since the bearings and inserts are metal connecting with water. Only have had for a week, used three times and noticed this after removing covers that rollers connect to. Overall not bad. Easy as vacuuming.
