Does a really good job. I used in high traffic areas and was highly pleased. Good for folks with back or standing issues, not heavy and bulky perfect for the person entering mid age or older and can’t manage the heavy industrial machines. This will be a stable in my home for years to come. Love the attachments ease of use and connection to machine and they are older age friendly.

The Hoover Smartwash was worth every penny! My carpet was nearly ruined and it rejuvenated it!!! The only thing that didn't make it perfect was that the dirty water tank didn't hold a lot. So it had to be dumped frequently! But besides that there were no other complaints!!!

I knew that I would be satisfied because Hoover is an excellent brand this machine performed better than expected it's simple to use easy to clean and does a powerful job the dry only feature is fantastic I highly recommend this machine and I am grateful for the monthly payments I am allowed to make

It's been about 2-3 weeks since I've had my machine. I had a competitor machine that broke within one year. With 4 dogs, one being incontinent and one being a pup still training, and a 5 year old running around I find the need to always clean the rugs. It does a beautiful job and took out stains that were set in from before I even bought the house. Better yet, it's so easy to use that it's nothing for me to take it out after work and do the entire first floor right after work, on an every other day basis. It's light enough that the 5 year old takes it out and puts it away. Dries VERY well and even took ink out of my sofa from a pen the puppy got ahold of in the morning. I will NEVER use another brand cleaner again!

Amazing what this unit has done for wall to wall carpeting that has seen a fair share of traffic. The ease of use and simplicity required to get amazing results makes this a must have in any situation where replacing carpet is not an option at your hearts desire. The light weight construction makes this unit a tool easy to apply on spot treatments long before they become ground in patches of grey. Again I only wish this unit was available the day we moved in.

It happens... there's that occasional pet accident. I used to worry about getting the stain or odor out. I decided to try this rug scrubber out. Glad I did! Removed the stain and equally as important I believe the odor is gone because none of the pets are sniffing around where it was. Winner! Bonus: it's easy to use!

I bought mine bout 6 mths ago I use it monthly I love lovelove this carpet cleaner it's so so easy to use and it really is just like vacuuming. I even use it on my couch and makes it look like brand new. U wont b disappointed by this machine it's the best! And love the monthly payments it was the reason y I could buy

Had a machine made by another company that was not user friendly. ( Couldn't be completely taken apart for cleaning.? I am very please with the Hoover- super easy to use and does a nice job on carpets. Love the separate clean/ dirty water tanks. Parts are easily taken apart and rinsed post use, which is important to me.

Before I ripped up all my carpet, I wanted to try this machine first. Well, let me tell you a BIG Thank You!! This cleaner has saved me from putting new carpet down. It does an awesome job cleaning!! Even my 19 year old son noticed a difference. Thank you Hoover!!
