I've had this for about a month and have used it several times. I absolutely love it! My kids even love it! They're always arguing about who is going to shampoo the carpets lol. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Totally worth the money I spent on it.

My cleaner arrived today. I cleaned my bedroom and hallway. I was pleasantly surprised how light by sturdy the machine is. My favorite feature is the drying mode. After the normal push/pull - wash dry (which is great) i went over the entire carpet a second time on the dry only mode. My carpet is much more dry than when professional cleaners come to my home.

We purchased the FH52000 and it is an outstanding machine, I experienced a problem in the beginning, but after I contacted Customer Service at Hoover, they went above and beyond my expectations to resolve any issues that I had. I have had various steam cleaning machines over time and Hoover is the superior brand by far!

I was due to have my carpets cleaned and knew if I bought this carpet cleaner it would be cheaper than a professional, plus, I'd own the machine and can use it when needed. I was shocked, yes, shocked at the dirt that came out of my carpet. I thought I vacuumed well but I see I don't. I followed directions for cleaning, rinsing and drying. Even the rinse water was a little dirty. I plan on cleaning the carpet again next month to see what the water looks like.

I have 3 dogs and usually a visiting grandpup. Newer carpet. This machine is very easy and does a great job!! I was really surpied how easy it is to refill water adn to empty and clean as well. I have thick carpet and this gets most of the water out and it dries pretty quick. Thanks Hoover! Love it

I recently purchased my 4th Hoover product because I have never had a problem with them over the years. I instantly fell in love with my SmartWash. It was an extreme upgrade from my old Hoover carpet cleaner. About 3 months after I bought it the belt broke. I had no clue as to where my receipt was so I just knew I was screwed. I searched the internet and could not find one company who sold the belt. I ran across a blog and found someone with the same issue. They were informed to contact Hoover. I used the address that was posted on the blog and email this person at Hoover. Within 24 hours I was contacted. He never mentioned a receipt. He asked for my address and phone number and said he'd have a replacement on the way. He was not referring to a replacement belt. He was sending me a whole new unit. I was very skeptical until one showed up on my front porch about 5 days later. I was speechless! Hoover stands behind their product. If I ever need another vacuum or carpet cleaner it'll be nothing but a Hoover!

As soon as I received my machine I did my carpets. They look brand new. Never thought I would get the stains out, but this machine is awesome. I have 2 Dogs and 3 cats so I am constantly cleaning. With this machine I don't need to buy new carpets. Thanks Hoover.

I bought this machine about a month ago, and I'm telling everyone how awesome it is!!! I run a daycare from my home and I own pets! It's just amazing how easy it is to use and does a wonderful job on my old carpet!! I did make one mistake and tried to pick it up from the bottom ( near beater bar area) to take it upstairs. Be careful because I snapped one of the plastic pieces that holds the cover on. It still works great but I'll order a replacement when they come back in stock! You can't go wrong with this machine!! Thanks Hoover for making such a great machine!!!!!

I bought this as I am a commercial cleaner and also rented a rug doctor because of the size of this one building I was doing and this Hoover was no comparison I wasted my money renting the rug doctor cuz I just went over top of it with this shampooer! Seriously Amazing
