We recently bought a home & the carpet in our family room had black stains. This machine exceeded expectations! The stains are gone & the carpet looks brand new!

Totally impressed with this workhorse. Easy to use, easy to clean after use. No measuring formula, just fill tank for formula and the machine does the work for you. Much easier on my back.

I purchase this carpet cleaner back in June and first few used were fine after the roller stop spinning which causes the vacuum not to work properly do not recommend and it pretty pricy for it to only last a few months .

I have two large dogs that bring dirt in the house constantly- Georgia clay dirt. This cleans so well, it pulls up all the dog hair. It is also very easy to clean after use.

Very easy to use and clean up afterwards. The hose attachment is a great length for reaching stairs. The only con is that the electric cord is a little short. I have already recommended to friends.

I have had this 6 months and all was great. Then, today, the rollers stopped spinning and it isn't working as it should. I have taken it apart and thoroughly cleaned it. I cant be without a shampooer! Thought it would last more than 6 months.

This machine is fantastic! It does a wonderful job and so simple to fill, use and empty! The struggle is no more. No more guesswork on when do I spray cleaners, just forward and reverse!

Lightweight - great on the back! The drying feature is considerably better than other carpet cleaners. The separate reservoir for the cleaning fluid is a money saver and requires less filling each use!! I highly recommend!
