It cleans so well and with having pets it allows you to clear the pet hair as to where my other s would be clogged with hair and then would be in trash. I see that I will have this one for years. It's excellent!

This cleaner did a fantastic job until the brushes stopped rotating. I bought it just a few months ago and there is no service center nearby. Extremely frustrating

I love how easy is to use and does a great job. My only problem was suction, I will prefer a stronger suction. Even after using the dry mode carpet still a bit to wet.
