I have been wanting a new pan set for a long time, and have been looking at HexClad. Biggest problem being the price tag of HexClad. I decided to give these a try, and HOLY COW. The sear, the nonstick quality, the feel, the lids that fit all the pots/pans, these are super high quality!!

everything was great till it wasn't. Food sticks horribly. don't waste your money.

Not non stick wanted to love these but sadly they are not worth it.

I was boiling milk and some black substance came out! Did anyone have the same issue?

These pans feel heavy and well made. They also seem to heat up evenly. The 8 qt stock pot will be a nice addition when I need it. My old set only had a 5 qt and it was never big enough.
