Beautiful, nonstick, great for induction stoves. These are a great dupe for hex clad at a fraction of the cost. Perfect set of all the types of pans a home cook would need.

These pans feel heavy and well made. They also seem to heat up evenly. The 8 qt stock pot will be a nice addition when I need it. My old set only had a 5 qt and it was never big enough.

I was boiling milk and some black substance came out! Did anyone have the same issue?
