As a professional chef I must say this pan set is great! I love how I need very little or NO oil in the pan when I cook. Heat is dispersed evenly when cooking and the handles don't get hot even on my gas stove. The pans are SO easy to clean and require minimal scrubbing; its nice that they can go in the dishwasher too!

This set has been wonderful so far. It cooks evenly, and the surface needs very little oil. I know it says that you can use metal utensils with this set but I strongly caution against that and stick with "regular" Teflon safe utensils. The metal one will introduce micro abrasions that over time will get bigger and end up ruining the non-stick feature of this cookware. Also, dont put in the dishwasher, even though it says you can. Take care of this set and Im sure that you will get years of easy cooking out of it.

I already have a large Hexclad wok that I love and use whenever I can. I kept swearing I'd get the frying pan set if it ever went on sale for more than 10% off the $400 list price (I was broke at Christmas). Then I saw this set of pots and pans at Sam's for less than half the price of Hexclad - and I swear they look identical to the finishes on my Hexclad wok! Snapped up a set and immediately started using them. Most pans say they spread the heat to cook evenly, but these really DO! And they're truly non-stick. What a dream to cook with them! I felt kinda bad that I hadn't told my daughter right away, so I bought her a set too and she loves them too! Thank you, Sam's, for making and selling these! So happy with them!

Love these pans so far. Seem to be very sturdy and durable. Have wanted to get this hybrid type of pan for a while. The major brand is price prohibitive. These are definitely worth the price.

Wow I am very impressed with this hybrid cookware set, and my wife is so happy to have this new set in the kitchen. We are happy with the black interior coating on the inside that provides a nonstick feature, and it also has a honeycomb texture that helps prevent your food from burning onto the cookware. We would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their cookware at a reasonable price.

This is my first set of hybrid cookware and it's a great addition. It features a lidded large stockpot, two lidded saucepans, and a trio of frying pans—one small, one medium, and one large, which includes a lid. I love the look of this cookware. It has a great design that mixes stainless-steel with a hexagonal nonstick pattern. Each pan feels well-made, with just the right amount of weight—heavy enough to feel sturdy, but not a chore to lift. They are incredibly easy to clean; you can usually just wipe them out with a paper towel. Performance-wise, they heat up fast and evenly, plus, they sear meat really well, even without much oil. There's one minor downside: the pan failed my no-oil sunny-side-up egg test. I sort of expected this because of the stainless-steel design, but I tested the small pan anyway. Once I added just a little bit of oil, the egg cooked perfectly without sticking. Also, keep a potholder handy when using the stockpot; its handle gets hot fast, which is normal for this kind of pan but something to remember. Overall, this cookware is excellent.

I freaking love this cookware set. I'm always wary of “non-stick” claims but this one rings true. Even sticky substances come clean easily. The set includes 3 skillets, the largest one with a lid, a small and medium sized saucepan and large pot, all with lids. The outside is stainless steel and interior has a ceramic hybrid non-stick coating. I can honestly say that at age 60 this is by far the best cookware set I have ever owned. Love it!

Let's face it: most cookware wears out over time. Mine certainly has. One pan or pot would get replaced as needed and I end up with mismatched lids/pans/pots. So I was pleased to get this set of 6 cooking vessels and 4 lids. I love that all the pots and pans have a lid that fits! The hexagon pattern took a little to get used to but I haven't had anything stick. Yes, I still use oil when I cook scrambled eggs because eggs stick. I also made a pot of pinto beans and nothing burned to the bottom which was a problem with my old cookware. The lids have a great fit and the pans have a nice weight. Just to sum up: I love this cookware!

The stainless steel set looks sleek and sophisticated. It's very well made. Very sturdy. It heats quickly and evenly. The nonstick ceramic interior is amazing. I used a lot less oil and the food never sticks. Cleanup is quick and easy — no scrubbing needed. I don't have a dishwasher so I have to handwash everything and these pans do have to be wiped dry to avoid getting water spots, but these wipe off easily with a damp cloth so it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the set!
