nice heavy duty construction. non stick is terrible, only lasted about a month before EVERYTHING was sticking. never put in the dishwasher and no metal ever touched it but still yet. these were truly terrible. throwing them in the trash tomorrow

I'm really impressed with this cookware set — it heats evenly, looks beautiful on my stove, and feels super durable. The nonstick surface works great without needing much oil, and I love that I can still get a nice sear on meats. Cleanup is effortless, and the handles stay cool while cooking. It's honestly made my everyday meals feel a little more professional and fun to cook.

Wow, I was not sure what to expect per the description of hybrid. However, these are some heavy duty pans that heat evenly and look great. I like the fact that the stainless steel handles allow for pans to go in the oven. I've never had a set of cooking pans to be able to do this at this price point I'm really excited to prepare more meals with this new set. Very little oil is needed for cooking non-stick.

This is my first set of hybrid cookware and it's a great addition. It features a lidded large stockpot, two lidded saucepans, and a trio of frying pans—one small, one medium, and one large, which includes a lid. I love the look of this cookware. It has a great design that mixes stainless-steel with a hexagonal nonstick pattern. Each pan feels well-made, with just the right amount of weight—heavy enough to feel sturdy, but not a chore to lift. They are incredibly easy to clean; you can usually just wipe them out with a paper towel. Performance-wise, they heat up fast and evenly, plus, they sear meat really well, even without much oil. There's one minor downside: the pan failed my no-oil sunny-side-up egg test. I sort of expected this because of the stainless-steel design, but I tested the small pan anyway. Once I added just a little bit of oil, the egg cooked perfectly without sticking. Also, keep a potholder handy when using the stockpot; its handle gets hot fast, which is normal for this kind of pan but something to remember. Overall, this cookware is excellent.

Wow I am very impressed with this hybrid cookware set, and my wife is so happy to have this new set in the kitchen. We are happy with the black interior coating on the inside that provides a nonstick feature, and it also has a honeycomb texture that helps prevent your food from burning onto the cookware. We would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their cookware at a reasonable price.

The stainless steel set looks sleek and sophisticated. It's very well made. Very sturdy. It heats quickly and evenly. The nonstick ceramic interior is amazing. I used a lot less oil and the food never sticks. Cleanup is quick and easy — no scrubbing needed. I don't have a dishwasher so I have to handwash everything and these pans do have to be wiped dry to avoid getting water spots, but these wipe off easily with a damp cloth so it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the set!

Let's face it: most cookware wears out over time. Mine certainly has. One pan or pot would get replaced as needed and I end up with mismatched lids/pans/pots. So I was pleased to get this set of 6 cooking vessels and 4 lids. I love that all the pots and pans have a lid that fits! The hexagon pattern took a little to get used to but I haven't had anything stick. Yes, I still use oil when I cook scrambled eggs because eggs stick. I also made a pot of pinto beans and nothing burned to the bottom which was a problem with my old cookware. The lids have a great fit and the pans have a nice weight. Just to sum up: I love this cookware!

I freaking love this cookware set. I'm always wary of “non-stick” claims but this one rings true. Even sticky substances come clean easily. The set includes 3 skillets, the largest one with a lid, a small and medium sized saucepan and large pot, all with lids. The outside is stainless steel and interior has a ceramic hybrid non-stick coating. I can honestly say that at age 60 this is by far the best cookware set I have ever owned. Love it!

These pans are incredible. If you’ve ever had the chance to cook with HexClad, you know what an amazing treat that is. That combo technology of ceramic and stainless existing together for a wild harmony of simultaneous stick and release. THESE PANS ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST COPY IF THAT TECH I HAVE EVER SEEN. Most copies of this tech just get it wrong, using the old standard PTF based coatings. But this dupe is accurate and it works. I bought this whole set for what I paid for a single HexClad pan. It performs exactly like HexClad. I’ve ran a couple of metal spoons across the surface, mostly for curiosity and there were zero signs of damage. And then, there’s the sheer size of these pans. I really the stock pot was going to be small. NOPE. The stock pot and the large pan are huge! “YUUUuuugge… it’s the biggest pot they’ve ever seen. That’s what they’re saying.” If all of that wasn’t already an immense value, you get lids for everything. Treated well, these will last years, if not decades. I think you could beat the crap out of them and still get 3-5. And, clean up is barely more than a rinse. Just use them like you’ve been in a kitchen before and these pans will respond well. Would make an excellent gift for a young person or family just starting out.

Instructions say do not use cooking sprays like Pam. But, definitely need something. Food still sticks to pans.
