Instructions say do not use cooking sprays like Pam. But, definitely need something. Food still sticks to pans.

These are the worse pot/pan set to buy. The nonstick coating lasted for about a month before everyhting begins to stick! Dont fall in love with them as you will quickly discover you need another set. I have had them for 3 months now and I am looking to buys again, will definately avoid these!

Best set we have ever bought. We've had these for about a year now and they are holding up. We spray Oilve oil when we use them to make them completely non stick. If the heat is up too high the food can burn amd stick. We haven't had any issues with the non stick coming off. We only use silicone and wood utensils. We just wish that they would make these available separately so we could buy an extra pot. We haven't see this set available for a couple of months so hopefully they are not discontinued.

First of all, one thing I want to say that I didn't see explicitly mentioned in any of the reviews. There is a lid for every pot and pan. Which is awesome if you're someone that likes lids for your frying pans. The set is really nice and solid. Obviously won't be as nonstick as a 100% Teflon coated pan, this matters for some people who don't want to use any oil in their cooking. However for most people, this doesn't make a difference because you'd use a small amount of oil anyways. Looks really dang good as well if that sort of thing matters to you. Definitely worth a shot, especially if your already looking at another set of cookware marketed by a certain English chef known for his temper :)

Love these 10 piece hybrid set. My new favorite pan set. I've only used them a handful of times so far but the quality is great. I love the design and the honeycomb feel. Easy to wash and happy that food does not stick.

Pots and pans transfer heat very well using induction burners. I used less oil than with other similar dishes and had no sticking or burning at all. I used a wooden utensil because metal ones would scratch it.

This product us very well made and materialis very sturdy. Looks like it will be able to be used for a long time. The handle feels good to the hand and doesn't look to be easy to loose grip while cooking or transporting meals.

I really love this set. It's heavy duty and extremely durable. I also am a huge fan of the heat distribution. It cooks food so evenly. Asthetically it looks great and doesn't stain easily. This set is a welcomed addition in my kitchen.

Our daughter has the HexClad and we couldn’t justify paying that much so we tried these. We couldn’t be happier with them. They perform very well with everything we’ve used them for and the cost can’t be beat. Considering buying a set for our other daughter.

Heavy built, cooks evenly and has all you need . Would highly recommend this cookware
