Battling a chronic illness I always have to be on guard. I use the propolis spray whenever I start to feel a little worn down or the slightest tickle in my throat and it does the trick. If I know I am going to be traveling or having a strenuous week I will just add it to my morning routine. It makes me feel good to know that what I am putting in my body is intentional and safe.

I ordered this thinking it would be useful when traveling. However, I ended up getting sick (possibly the flu) a few days after placing my order. This spray helped my sore/scratchy throat. I believe that taking a few other quality supplements and this proplolis spray helped me get back to feeling better quickly.

Got this just in time before traveling and then being around a houseful of sick people! I spray every morning and then maybe once again later in the day. I have repelled the sore throat/congestion stuff that was going on. Really feel healthy! My 3 year old grandaughter asks for "bee spray" when she is over...and she goes "mmm" and smiles!

This spray is awesome. I spray it daily for immune support. I use it more often if I feel a cold coming on. I will use it if I get a tickle in my throat - it calms it right down. This stuff is great. I keep a bottle in my purse, in my desk, and multiples at home. And I always travel with it!

I was in the hospital with pneumonia and started using the throat spray as soon as I got home. Not only am I feeling better but my x-ray is clear and my oxygen is at 98%. This was the only thing I added to what I already do. I will alway take bee propolis throat spray.

I have been around my friends and husband while they have been suffering from a nasty winter cold. Usually I will catch it too just from being exposed. This year, after 2 weeks of the Throat Spray, I realized I have not caught a cold and attribute this to the Spray.

I was so excited to try the propolis spray after reading Chris Kresser‘s email. I Purchased two bottles. My husband recently developed a bad head cold. He used the spray 4 to 5 times a day starting on the first day when he had a scratchy throat. Unfortunately his symptoms persisted for the usual 10 almost 14 days. Despite his consistent use of propolis, the cold ran it’s usual course. Needless to say we were very disappointed in this first trial. We are willing to try again but not as hopeful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I started using this product, I have been sick much less often. When I feel anything coming on, I up my dose which keeps any illness I may have gotten at bay and relieves my scratchy throat. It tastes delicious too!
