I use this every night before I go to bed. It particularly feels good when you have a sore throat.

Started using this late fall and this has been the first winter I have not caught every single thing my grandchildren brought me from daycare during winter. The one cold I started with was so much less severe than normal. First winter without a stomach virus too. Highly recommend this spray. I have tried Elderberry and several other immunity supplements but this is by far the best. Tastes good too.

I figured since I subscribe to two other products from Beekeepers, I'd give this a try. I was so surprised and shocked, actually, how it made my throat feel. So soothing and coated with warmth. I’m very happy with this throat spray! I had a painful sore on the back of my molars on one side. Once a day I sprayed several sprays of this in my mouth, swishing it especially on that sore. The sore was healed two days later! This spray also tastes really good! 👍
