I use this every night before I go to bed. It particularly feels good when you have a sore throat.

Started using this late fall and this has been the first winter I have not caught every single thing my grandchildren brought me from daycare during winter. The one cold I started with was so much less severe than normal. First winter without a stomach virus too. Highly recommend this spray. I have tried Elderberry and several other immunity supplements but this is by far the best. Tastes good too.

Days later I realize that the tickle never escalated into anything else. Also great when you're on the phone and can't stop coughing!

I use it 2 times a day every single day without fail to give my immune system a boost. If I'll be travelling or going to be around a group of people or if I feel any type of sickness coming on, I will up the spray to 4 to 5 times a day and it has always kept me from getting a bad sickness. It definitely keeps me healthier. I'm never without it. I swear by it!

I’m very happy with this throat spray! I had a painful sore on the back of my molars on one side. Once a day I sprayed several sprays of this in my mouth, swishing it especially on that sore. The sore was healed two days later! This spray also tastes really good! 👍
