I am always prone to colds, sinus infections and sore throats at the change of seasons and when I travel. I started using this spray daily and have been through summer to fall's cooler temps, and 2 different trips (Flights, hotel, etc.), and have NOT gotten sick at all! I am very pleased with this product. I have told all my children to start using it!

I got the propolis spray because I'd had a cough that I just could not shake. I'm pregnant and wanted something that would be safe for me and baby and help me heal from a current illness as well as protect against future illnesses. I don't have enough good things to say about this propolis spray! My cough was improving finally after only 3 days of using it and then haven't gotten sick since! This has been a game-changer for me, also, with working in the healthcare profession. Can I give more than 5 stars?

I have purchased 2 throat sprays and love them! I keep one in my purse and one with my other meds. If I’m not feeling great and worry about getting sick, I just give myself 4 sprays and feel great about the defense it will provide against any illness!

I really like how it clears up my throat when my tonsils feel a little swollen. Would love an option for a throat spray mixed with lemon as well. It tastes almost like honey mixed with something you can't put your finger on. It's not sweet or bitter, just a honey likeness to the taste. Interesting but worth it.

I use this pretty regularly and more heavily when I feel a sore throat coming on. I like the way it tastes too. I recently started using it topically after learning more about the power of propolis from an interview with the creator on the wellness mama podcast.

Anytime I have a little scratch in my throat I use the spray and I legit feel better the next day. I ended up getting another 4 pack to keep my family’s immune systems up during this virus. Today I gave one of those bottle away to my best friend working the front lines at a local hospital until she can order some.
