I have used this primarily because I heard on a podcast that it can help reduce the frequency of cold sores. I have been using this over a month now and can happily report that I have not had any cold sores which is huge given I have been out in the sun quite a bit and this is usually a huge trigger for me.

My husband had been battling a post nasal drip instigated sore throat for almost two months. Allergies or cold related; we don’t know. I gave him a bottle of this propolis and after about three days of using it, his sore throat is gone. I also use this propolis if I feel any sort of tickle in my throat or feel a little off and it has consistently relieved the symptoms for me. I highly recommend it. I recently had to do a fairly intense two day vocal recording session. I felt like I was coming down with a bit of a cold a couple of days before. I started using this throat spray immediately and several times a day throughout my session, and my vocals have never sounded better. I honestly could not do without this spray. My daughter-in-law works in the memory unit of an assisted living complex. She constantly has sore throats. At least she did. I gave her a propolis spray bottle. My husband and I have been spraying every night since we received spray. I think we are hoping it will help our immune systems during this time. I also gave 1 to mom in law who thinks it has helped her severe allergies. Bad thing is it tasted terrible! Thought it might be sweet like honey but isn’t. We shall see how it goes.

A week or so ago I woke up in the middle of the night with a severe sore throat, probably strep since that’s the only time my sore throat hurts as bad as it did.
