There were a few times I felt maybe I was fighting something just slightly and then I was fine. My body was able to kick it!! The only thing is I have IBS and the xylitol in it can sometimes cause some very slight discomfort but I just make sure to eat and drink before and after taking it to help.

I work in a preschool and there's an abundance of germs and illness going around. So far I've been able to stay healthy and I've been using this regularly. I'm very pleased!

I do the same with the KIDS version of this on my kids' toast or in their applesauce. So far, I would say it has helped keep us healthy or at least shorten any sicknesses! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Quick and easy to add to any health routine. Completely mitigated my seasonal allergies. What normally knocks me out for almost 2 weeks with severe symptoms was only a mild stuffy nose for ~4days! Will be using this year round as long as it's available.

If I feel anything attempting to take hold, I use the spray 2-3 x per day for a couple of days and get good sleep have been able to abate becoming ill. I swear by this daily product, which used as suggested lasts me 30+ days.

Whenever I catch what's going around, and everyone else is coughing up a lung, I barely have a sore throat. It tastes like honey and doesn't have any weird chemicals. I feel better knowing that the bees are well-cared for as well. I always have this on my night stand because I live in a dry climate, and this also keeps my throat from getting dry. Essential to have for me!

This is the very first time I have ever purchased this product. I was afraid to use it because of the vitamin C, but I took a chance. I am so glad that I did. It stop my throat from hurting right a way. I really did not need to use it for a second time, but I did just in case my throat started in the middle of the night.
