Helps with travel and being around yucky airplane germs. lol! Anytime I feel a sore throat coming on I start spraying and I’m feeling better so quickly! I suffer from MS, so I’m prone to illness. The propolis spray definitely helps keep me healthy!

This is a pleasant enough taste that I do take it every time I feel alittle off. I think it does help the duration of my sickness.
