I like that this immune support comes in an easy to take throat spray because I really don’t like taking pills and feel like gummy’s are not effective. I do notice improved throat health however the flavor is not the best but dissipates quickly.

I have not gone one day and over a year without using propolis and I truly believe it has prevented any downtime due to viral or bacterial issues. I'm sold for life!
