Started taking this in the Fall. Following the directions - 2 squirts twice a day, to boost my immune health. Made it through the whole winter without getting sick, even when everyone else was. Tastes great too.

...but the spray made our kids gag. They're not ready for this format, but it works just fine for my husband and I. Tastes so good too! I think I would prefer if it was a little more runny so it would spray out more easily though.

This product works wonders on a cough. The dry air from the central air makes me cough continually and a few drops of this spray and I am fine for a few hours. A wonderful item to keep on hand.

Love these! I bought three of the little sized ones. Carry them around in my purse. A spray or two provides a healthy treat for my little ones, sweet lips for a kiss, & a nutrient bump for me. This is one of my ‘new essentials’’.
