Not sure I saw any difference in how I felt after using this. I used it everyday for a week and did not see any improvement in how I felt. Don’t think I will purchase it again.

this stuff is amazing! i bought some after Dr Sarah Ballantyne recommended it. she was not joking- it’s great! i used it when i had strep and was hittin’ the oregano oil hard. this stuff was a nice addition to my arsenal of natural remedies!

I take this daily. I love it plus I haven’t had a sore throat or cold or respiratory issue since taking. It’s a great quality product. It gives me a real boost.

Great little size for car, purse, office, gifts. Easy to use, taste is not bad. I am using it at the first inkling of an insult to my throat or respiratory system.

I've been using the spray all winter, and, so far, I've stayed cold and flu free. I'm using it more frequently now with the COVID-19 outbreak, so we'll see.

We love the propolis spray. After easing in and only me using it (I’m a singer and it works wonders at keeping everything soothed), my family decided to give it a try for first minor annoyances then daily use. We have to get the four pack now!

Propolis has amazing health benefits and this spray makes it so easy to use! I use it when my toddler gets sick and I think it helps me avoid catching his cold or at least not getting too sick several times!
