We truly believe it has kept us from getting any sickness this winter and we have been traveling and flying from Florida to California to Minnesota AND back to Florida. The taste is smooth and not overpowering, and it's been surprisingly effective when my throat feels dry or irritated. As the only verified purchase (as of Dec 2025), trust my review of the taste: yuck! lol As for the effectiveness…I dunno, I'm just using it preventatively with people around me getting sick and I've only used it for a couple days. I'll update my review if I start to feel a sickness coming on to see if it keeps it away or lessens it if I do end up sick.
