I have a long history of using propolis tincture for boosting my immune system but it has always tasted yucky even though I put it in juice so the BeeKeeper's is a pleasant way to get the magnificient benefits of propolis tincute with the yucky taste. I've been using it daily to avoid colds and flu since I'm around my grandchildren a lot. So far, I haven't been sick even though there are several sick people around me. I also ordered the throat spray and cough syurp for them to boost their immunity.

After receiving, I started spraying twice a day - morning and night. At first, I don't see the difference. However, after 3 days of spraying, my cough and sore throat was gone.
