[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were bit hesitant and maybe even skeptical to try at first as we haven't had the best experience with calming products. This product has been a gamechanger. It helps calm our gunner boy when he gets worked up and brings him to a zen place without leaving him groggy or flat out knocking him out cold. It's been super helpful in managing his anxiety during grooming and our groomer said it's made clipping his nails SO much easier for our pul.

We recently had a new family move in next door and we gave our dog the calming bites on moving day and it definitely helped her manage the commotion. We also used them on our community garage sale days and she was much less interested in what was happening outside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs with a primarily husky breed and while 3 of them are pretty good at calming down immediately by command when we have company, there is one that will pup that will lets just say - gets very excited and is very vocal. I've tried numerous things to discourage this behavior and have not much success whereas the other 3 are from the same family so it's hard to evaluate what needs to happen when they are all have shared genetics and environment. I like to host a lot so this has added some stress onto myself and my guests to figure out how to meet everyone in the middle. Here comes in the Calming Chews bites.. before having company, I'll give my troublesome pup a couple of of these treats an 30minutes to an hour in advance to really ensure the supplement has had time to digest. While this does not remove her barking when company comes over, I've noticed that it does notably reduce her cooling off period to calming down. It's taken me awhile to really test this and tease out familiarity of people being a factor but this does lead me to believe it is working. Like I mentioned in the subject title it's not a magic bullet by any means to have her magically obey to becoming calm - think of when the last time someone told you to calm down - did you . But the ingredients have an established profile on how they also induce calming with humans so I can understand how this definitely helps take the edge off! All in all, I do hope buying these with some applied behavioral coaching may reduce the time to get her to be more approachable to guests rather than be dependent on a relaxant but time will only tell! Lastly I gave this 4/5 stars because I wanted to be reasonable with my review in terms of effectiveness but a few of the treats were pre crumbled as opposed to being bite ready so just wanted to call that out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dog didn't change at all with these from an energy or anxiousness level. If nothing it felt like he was aggressive or more nervous with us and the kids. He did like the flavor of them and had no issues eating them.

She's not a hyper dog, but she does have sleeping trouble during the night and these help calm her down and she seems to sleep much better. She gets excited when she sees the package and smells them. My only issue is they seem to break apart very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for these calming bites, but unfortunately, they didn't work for my dogs at all. There was no noticeable calming effect, even after consistent use. On top of that, most of the bites were just small crumbs, which made it hard to give a proper serving. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because my dogs did seem to like the taste - so at least they work as basic treats. Just don't count on them for any real calming benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great calming product. I had friends coming over and my pups are always so jumpy and loud (part husky in them) when they come over. I gave them one of these and I thought it really helped. They weren't drowsy just more calm which is what I wanted. I feel like this would help with fireworks too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a rescue dog who is scared of a lot, and giving him these this past week when I had to go into the office or leave for a longer time I would check the cameras and he would be laying on his side on the bed versus curled up on my bed because he got stressed. They also didn't leave him lethargic, as he was still ready to go on our long walks or to play. I will be using these going forward!

The texture is perfect-soft enough for him to chew easily, even with some dental issues. I also love that they're made in the USA with quality ingredients and they smell surprisingly decent. I've noticed a real difference in his behavior-he's calmer, less jumpy, and just more at ease overall. Highly recommend for anyone with a nervous or high-energy dog.
