I used my electric kettle for the first time today. It actually made tea. It was abso-freaking-lutely amazing! The fact that it did what it was supposed to is mind blowing. I would recommend this product for anyone who doesn't know how to boil water. P

I just received my new kettle and used it to make two cups of tea. It definitely heats up quickly. I will reserve judgment on its overall dependability after a few more uses. The on/off button seems very cheaply made and makes me wonder how long it will last. The other issue I noticed when cleaning before the first use is that the inner lip does not allow for all the liquid to be removed. I'm also concerned about how well I can keep it clean since the pot can't be submerged. For the price, it appears to be a fairly good product.

Well my mother bought me one of these as an early Christmas present and I was super excited and I personally love the idea and the product. Now here's my biggest issue. It broke within 2 to 3 weeks. I mean I didn't really notice it. At first I thought I was just overflowing it or something but no it was leaking out of the bottom holes and it's just very disappointing because I've had a really big mess to clean up a few days in a row before I noticed and I thought you know this was going to be a top-notch machine and reality it feels less than with it breaking so easily and also for me not even doing anything wrong

The tea kettle has a decent cord length and an easy pull-off, push-down lid. The removable tea holder requires a slight turn to slide off, but avoid squeezing it too tightly to prevent bending the thin metal. The kettle plate has three rubber holders for stability, though it can slide if needed. The kettle sits securely and requires lifting to remove. Tiny holes in the tea holder prevent loose leaves from escaping, and a mesh strainer on the spout catches any floaters. The glass is not thin, but a thicker one is preferred. The kettle heated to a rapid boil in 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The glass and metal lid become extremely hot, so avoid touching them to prevent burns. The tea holder also gets hot, so let it cool before discarding the tea. Overall, the kettle is efficient, easy to clean, and fits a hand inside! I'll be using this every week!

Really happy with this Chefman Fast-Boil kettle. It heats water quickly, and the 1.8L capacity is great for making multiple cups at once. The glass design makes it easy to see the water level, and the blue LED light while boiling is a nice touch. I also like the removable tea infuser, which makes it convenient for brewing loose-leaf tea directly in the kettle. The lift-off lid and cordless design make filling, pouring, and cleaning simple. It has been great so far but I just got it 8/7/26. Great improvement to my tea and I use it every day hope that it has a longer lasting life then my previous electric tea pots. Most only last a few years. Please register my tea pot for a year warranty and alert me to any problems with the product that come up.

I just bought it this model so I can't say much yet. Though the warranty registration didn't have my exact model number. In the past, this brand has lasted me about a 1.5years. I had just used a different brand of kettle and the thing fell apart with two uses, they used hot glue to keep it together! Ridiculous, I can't remember what that brand was called. But, this brand usually holds up much longer, though I wish it needed replacing after more than every year and a half

This product is very dangerous! It leaks boiling hot water as you pour and its a lot of water. I'm lucky I didn't get burned . As others have stated it is from where the glass and plastic meet. I notified Chefman and they were less than helpful. I threw it away and bought another brand. Very disappointed in the Chefman brand.
