Only used this kettle with the tea infuser once and so far it’s good! No issues. I like that there’s an LCD blue light indicator to let me know when the water gets boiling hot it turns off the kettle and that’s a cool feature to have. Not to mention I can have lose tea in the infuser and make a big pot of tea instead of a cup! The functionality is great!!!

My main criteria are ease of use, reliability, and longevity. This product seems easy and straight-forward to use, although removing and replacing the infuser will take some practice - I probably will not bother using it at all. Reliability and longevity remain to be seen.

I love how quickly my water comes to a boil! False advertising though…. You say no plastic comes in contact with water; which is not true!!! The spout is plastic so the boiling water has to pass over the plastic spout!!! I may return item for this reason!! Too bad you did not make the spout glass too like the body of the kettle .

I love the hustle free, convenience of getting your water boiled in less than three minutes -no matter if it is 1cup for your tea or 8cups for cooking-. I just feel "eeek" every time I see the white spots at the bottom of the kettle, but I wash it daily, so it is not from bacteria, the stains are from the heat.

It us easy to use. Was a bit confused because the user guide indicated that the led ring would light up in white and it would beep indicating that it's in standby mode. My model had no beep or white led indicators. Is that correct or is the kettle defective?
