I just opened the box. Put some water in, and turned it on. And now I am enjoying a nice hot cup of tea. I love that it's clear so I can watch the bubbles as it heats.

The basic function for boiling water is excellent. However, there is a small dark spot that has developed after only three uses. Could it be the heating element?

I am so excited to use my new Chefman electric infuser kettle but just my second time to use it, the water is leaked out between the glass and the metal portion toward the top.

I bought it on Nov 17 2025, soon, hot water began to leak from the seam between the glass and plastic of the kettle, and the situation is getting worse.
