I bought it on Nov 17 2025, soon, hot water began to leak from the seam between the glass and plastic of the kettle, and the situation is getting worse.

I'm amazed at how fast it gets water boiling. My husband is loving the sweet tea I keep making him. I've donated my old tea kettle that whistled when the steam built up

I just purchased the Chefman but wow !! I follow the instructions on before use so I built it and plugged it in and turned it on and I was amazed at how quickly it came to boil unbelievable!

Pot turns off once it reaches temperature. I wish it stayed hot so I could refill my cup frequently throughout the morning. Like everything else about it.

Easy to use and simple design is good. Small design issue is the ledge before the lip of the kettle causes not all water to pour. When washing, some water is stuck in the kettle.

We love how it works! It's fantastic! Heats so quickly . I have to admit this is the second one because the first one had a small leak . We love the product so exchanged for another.

This kettle has one major flaw, it leaks every time you pour it out. I have tried different methods and just ended up putting something under the spout to catch the boiling water. In addition to being extremely irritating, it’s a safety hazard.
