Handicap accessible freezer

I just bought this freezer today for $219 before tax. It was very easy to install and set up. Only took about 15-20 mins after plugged in to start getting cold and 2-3 before ready to use. I am handicapped and this freezer is perfect for me to use it has a great seal. No scratches, dents or dings. Glad I bought this instead of the 7 cubic ft one I was gonna buy only a $19 difference. Would've liked a black one to match appliances in apt but still a great freezer.

Bad quality, no support

Write the company an email to try to get bolts that were missing. The reply was that I needed more documentation to receive the three missing bolts. The fort is secured by one bolt which makes the door unstable and falls off the hinge every time it is opened. Don't buy this freezer.
