Great product except for one basic flaw - the top part of the griller comes undone. This has happened 3 times. I remove the grill plates to wash them after using. When dry I put them back. On 3 occasions it has fallen off on to the lower grill plate, when opened once the light turns green. It is extremely difficult to put the plate back on the top, with great chances of one getting burnt. Please do something so that there is an audible click when the top plate is put back, which in turn will not make the top grill plate fall. Thank you

Enjoying the new grill, which replaced an older Foreman. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the grill surface is on the small side -- it's tight when you have 2 large burgers. Also, the drip tray fills quickly and it can be a bit messy removing it while actively grilling. But, aside from those things, it's a nice piece, clean-up is generally easy, and the food comes out great.

This is the best panini press we have ever used, this press heats up quick and evenly toasts the bread or what ever you want to press in it. The green light turns on when your panini is ready so there’s no guessing. The griddle part is nonstick and easy to clean. I use it everyday since I bought it and extremely happy with it.

Very happy with this indoor grill, sturdy, does the job, I cook mostly meat and fish, panini, taste good, easy to clean, no smoke, perfect size, not big , not small, it fits on my counter, easy to store when not in use, it does not take up much space.

This is my first Panni press, I read reviews on many products prior to choosing this one. It is easy to use, has lots of room for those thicker sandwiches. It cooks evenly and if you layer your sandwich right it will melt the cheese perfectly. Just buy this one !! You can't go wrong

Although the grill player are top rack dishwasher safe they don’t hold up after a while and look kind of rusty almost like the non Stick coating is wearing off. Also when pressing the top lid down to make a grilled cheese sandwich, the way the lid closes, it makes the top slice and contents slide outwards.

I bought this a month ago and I’m not very happy with it. I really dislike the fact that you need to plug it to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. It does not have any on and off dials or temperature controllers so when it gets really hot it starts to burn the food.

I bought this press around Christmas for myself and I am glad I did. This press works great for sandwiches, fish, meat and vegetables. Since it only 2 of us in the house the size is perfect and it doesn't take up all the space as a traditional press. I highly recommend buying this press.

This is the best tabletop grill I've ever owned! I purchased it to replace one of the same that I'd had for many years. It heats up quickly, and grills chicken to perfection! Not too expensive, either, and removable plates make cleanup so easy! I'll stick with the Cuisinart brand in the future because I've had such good luck with these grills!
