We are enjoying the press and have used it frequently. My only improvement suggestion is when you press a thick bread roll, the lid does not tilt enough to cover entire roll. So I press one side and then turn roll and press other side. This is happening with a thick ciabatta roll. If this could be improved would give 5 star. I do like the pan removal feature for cleaning. Would we be doing something wrong with the press? Thanks

I have the larger Griddler Grill & Panini Press and love it. I saw the smaller one and bought it thinking it would be great for the two of us since we are now empty nesters. The small one is perfect but wish the grilling plates were reversible like my large one. One side flat for cooking eggs or pancakes etc. the other for grilling. Absolutely love that the small one has special legs in the front that open so that the grease slides out the back into the grease pan easier. Love this new one!!

Very happy with this indoor grill, sturdy, does the job, I cook mostly meat and fish, panini, taste good, easy to clean, no smoke, perfect size, not big , not small, it fits on my counter, easy to store when not in use, it does not take up much space.

Would give this baby 6 stars!! I don't think there's anything out there that's a better buy for the money. I use this gem almost every day. Cooks great, cleans up easy, what more could you ask?! I would recommend this to anyone who loves well made food with grill like qualities!! ❤

My husband received it for Christmas and he loves it, he uses it for grilled cheese and panini sandwiches! I love it for the easy to wash plates, you just put them in the dishwasher if they are really cheesed up, but most of the time just wipe them down.

It's been almost a month since we got this panini press and we haven't had any problem so far. Plates are nice. They are easy to clean and nothing sticks on them. It's not really big though, I can only make two sandwiches at the same time, but it's okay for my space.

I bought this a month ago and I’m not very happy with it. I really dislike the fact that you need to plug it to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. It does not have any on and off dials or temperature controllers so when it gets really hot it starts to burn the food.

Wasn’t really sure what this panini maker was all about, but our kids were! Greatest countertop appliance ever! Want your kids to eat nutritionally? Have this countertop meal maker ready to go all the time, keep plenty of hearty bread in the pantry, fill your frig with salad fixings including avocados for that extra good fat, butter or infused oils for that unique crisp toasted outside crunch, and high quality sandwich meat - presto! Panini Time!

I've been looking for a Panini Press for some time that was both reasonably priced and easy to use. I happened upon this one and I couldn't be happier. Being able to use it as a tabletop grill has been a nice bonus. You can't go wrong with this one!

Great product except for one basic flaw - the top part of the griller comes undone. This has happened 3 times. I remove the grill plates to wash them after using. When dry I put them back. On 3 occasions it has fallen off on to the lower grill plate, when opened once the light turns green. It is extremely difficult to put the plate back on the top, with great chances of one getting burnt. Please do something so that there is an audible click when the top plate is put back, which in turn will not make the top grill plate fall. Thank you
